MAILAM Enterprises started few years ago keeping in mind to provide the complete organisation services which is required for any corporate and help them to concentrate their core business activities. We have Team of 11 experienced executives to oversee the operation & 425 contract employees work in our control.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We will take care of all labour statutory Procedures and we have a labour consultant for our company.
We inspect all the labour Proofs and give the copy to the local Police station and receive Migration Certificate of them.
If the client company desires, we will provide uniform to our workers.
Our Site Head will visit the premises and supervise the workers once in a week.
If the client (company) is not satisfied with a particular worker we will arrange for a suitable replacement within a week.
We also supply manpower to factories and Godowns.
We may also provide cleaning materials (For House Keeping).
